Bench FAIL

I’m not sure what went wrong here. Pretty much everything apparently.
The sign says ‘Qing3 wu4 luan4 dio1 la1 ji1′ which means… well, I’m not exactly sure. ‘Please do not throw [your] rubbish [here]‘ ??
